Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per person. If you cancel, there are no cash refunds. In order to receive a credit or transfer, W.E.T. must receive, in writing, a written cancellation 60 days prior to your trip date. If W.E.T. cancels, you are entitled to a full refund limited to the amounts actually paid to W.E.T. and shall not be extended to cover any other costs incurred by the trip member.
Balance is due 30 days prior to your
trip date. All trips booked within a two week period of the launch date must be paid in full by credit card or cashier’s check.

Reservation Policy: All reservations must be secured by a deposit. 50% deposit is required for less than 12 people. 25% deposit is required of groups of 12 or more. All phone requests have 7 days to deposit either by using a VISA/MC or personal/business check. No checks will be accepted within a two week period of a trip date. Full payment is required on trips booked within a two week period of a trip launch. Ask about payment plans for large groups.
Confirmations by Email: All reservations are confirmed by email. Email spam filters may re-route our confirmations into your junk or spam folders. Please check your folders before calling our office.
Confirmations include: Confirmation of your trip, driving direction links, helpful links to prepare yourself for your trip and the mandatory release forms. There are also directions on how to correspond with our reservation staff, how to increase your reservation, and how to pay a balance payment.
We ask that you keep a paper copy of your email confirmation along with the actual email stored in your computer. The email confirmation is a handy reference to important links to our website regarding your trip. Delete it after your trip is over!
