Kayak support is essential during high flows or on Class V rivers. If a rafter falls into the river, the kayaks are there to corral the swimmer into a safe eddy or back into the rafts. Here, they greet a successful run on the Cal Salmon river.

We encourage safety kayaks on tough rivers such as the North Fork American River.

Due to the technical nature of the rapids, we provide kayakers to help corral any swimmers back to the boats or into a calm eddy.
